TACTS Main Menu Form

The primary function of this form is to dispatch to the other forms in TACTS.  There are seven buttons, one check box, and one drop down list on the form (obviously!).

The function of these items are:

• Card Series Button - Activates the Card Series Basic Informtion Form Tab.
• Card Companies Button - Activates the Card Company Maintenance Form.
• Web Constants Button - Activates the Web Page Constants Form Tab.
• Excel Button - Activates the import of an entire spread sheet worksheet based on the value of the spread sheet drop list. All the defined card series contained in the indicated work sheet will be imported in one step. A spread sheet / work sheet combination must be selected from the drop list before this button will operate if the application is unregistered. The registered version will import all card series from all spreadsheets if nothing is selected from the drop down list.
• Publish Button - Activates the publication reports for an entire spread sheet worksheet based on the value of the spread sheet drop list. All the defined card series contained in the indicated work sheet will be published to web pages in one step. A spread sheet / work sheet combination must be selected from the drop list before this button will operate if the application is unregistered. The registered version will publish all card series from all spreadsheets if nothing is selected from the drop down list.
• Import/Publish All Button - Activates the Import and publication reports for all the defined card series in the entire database. This function only works with the registered version of the application
• Spread Sheet Drop List - Indicates which spread sheet / work sheet to import or publish. The values of this drop list are populated based on the spread sheet / work sheet entries in the Card Series form.
• Update Generated Date Check Box - Indicates if the Last Generated Date for each card series should be updated when a Worksheet's card series are published. This check box can only be cleared with a registered version of the application. The unregistered version will always update the last updated date for a card series each time a card series web page is generated from the application.
